Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original secondary packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authentication cards are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier; once our vault team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
